Designing a Personal Logo

Posted on Thursday November 01, 2012 at 10:35pm in

We’ve been working on some cool stuff in Computer Graphics class lately. Our latest assignment was to create our own personal typographic logo using our initials. At first, I was not very satisfied with anything I came up with. The teacher gave me some suggestions though and I managed to come up with quite a few ideas I was happy with. The logo will be part of a bigger project (which is still in progress, but I will post it when it’s complete). For now though, take a look at the logos I came up with. I made two final versions: one for my resume, and one for the project.

I’m really happy with how they turned out! It was a long process, though. Here are a bunch of the scrapped ideas. Like any of them? It was hard to narrow it down, I liked a lot of these ideas. Before this there were even more – but I deleted them without thinking to save them. They were not very good, though – you’re not missing much.
