Fuji came to Eau Claire recently and it’s been very popular. I’ve heard a lot of things about it, mostly good. My parents went there for Valentine’s Day and liked it, so my mom decided to take me out there on Thursday night.
At the Hibachi Grill.
It had a very nice atmosphere and was very spacious.
They have an extensive sushi menu, but we didn’t eat any.
All grill menu items come with a complementary soup and salad.
This was our chef, Tony.
He was talented.
We both got chicken.
After the vegetables were done.
Overall impressions: good food, but I can see how that would depend on the chef and time of day. The performances were nice, but that also depends on the chef and how friendly they are. Ours was very friendly and fun to watch. I thought it was fun to watch the food cooked while we waited, but some people don’t like that. From my experience, I would recommend it.
