Brian and Emily's Wedding

Posted on Sunday September 13, 2009 at 10:34pm in

This weekend I went to see the wedding of my cousin, Brian. So far, he’s the first of my cousins to get married. We left on Saturday morning, arrived at our hotel around 12:30 and got to the wedding at 3.

The ceremony began at 4:00, and it was a pretty traditional setup. I’ve never been to a wedding in person before, so I was surprised that weddings were still done so traditionally. It’s mostly just what you’d expect.

Overall it was pretty fun. It was nice to see everyone in one place and chat. I know I’d never want to have a wedding like this, but Emily and Brian seemed to enjoy it. Seems like the ceremony would be pretty stressful to arrange and perfect, but I guess that’s just the first step that you have to be able to cross to be married.
