Oops, I forgot a few things in the last post. Veronica’s mom and grandma are already settled in, and already her mom is leaving Wednesday (we’re supposed to have pretty bad weather that day, might have the day off school) for Hong Kong again. Grandma is staying, mom might come back for Veronica’s birthday. Speaking of her mom, she got me these delightful cake…things in Hong Kong:
とてもおいしかった. This weekend since I’ve been working at finishing Full Metal Alchemist, the series Bryan gave me for Christmas. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s an interesting anime about alchemy. It’s delightfully brutal with a twisty storyline. I ended up finishing all 51 episodes starting last week on the weekend. Very good…too bad it ends on a cliffhanger. It’s concluded in the movie, the way it is with most animes I’ve seen. I can’t wait to see the movie, but no one has a good copy of it!
I picked up a microphone from Veronica’s house this weekend to use at my PC, but it’s not working…most unfortunately. I’ve been playing a lot of Final Fantasy III on the DS lately, too. I’ve almost finished. Oh, and issue number 2 of Project:BAM! Will be coming out this week, which I’ve written 3 articles for. It won’t be posted on this blog until the next issue after that comes out though, however. Looking further ahead, Emily, Veronica, and me are going to Little Red elementary school to talk about Japanese and get teach them some of the language, maybe get them interested in taking it as a class in high school. This time we’ll be working with fourth graders, rather than 1st graders.
Sunday my parents are leaving for some thing for about a week, and my grandparents are coming over to stay with my sister and me for a few days of that time. March 9th is the Mitsuwa trip for Japanese class and also the release date for 300. If for some reason the trip is canceled, we’re gonna go to 300 instead, otherwise we’ll see it the day after. More good news: I get paid tomorrow (figured I’d go out on a good note!)
