Tag, I'm It.

Posted on Friday June 13, 2008 at 1:00am in

My cousin tagged me. I’m supposed to tag 6 other people, but unfortunately this tag ends with me. I don’t really know any other bloggers other than Veronica and she never posts! So, I’ll answer the questions, but I have no one to pass it on to. If you like, feel free to answer the questions on your own blog or website.

1. What were you doing 10 years ago?
in 1998 I think I was in 3rd grade. And it would be summertime…So, I was probably spending time at home. I don’t think I really did much with friends during the summer. Also, probably drinking Dr. Pepper and writing short stories.

2. Five items on today’s “to do” list:
It’s the summer, I don’t have much that needs to get done today. But, for the weekend I would like to:

1. Fill out loan application for campusdoor.com
2. Fill out FAFSA form for Ford Loan
3. See a movie
4. See Veronica before she leaves for Hong Kong
5. Make Japan trip payment by Sunday

3. What snacks do you enjoy?
Anything sweet. Also chips. Chips and salsa are really good. I enjoy many snacks.

4. What would you do if you were a billionaire?
Probably waste money on a “financial advisor.”
Also, I’d buy super computers for me and my friends. And a house. Maybe two houses. And Chicago.

5. Where would you live?
When you can afford to live wherever you want, why live anywhere? I’d probably just travel between a few places I like.

There, that’s done. I finished two games recently:

The World Ends With You:

By far the best game so far on the Nintendo DS. And that’s saying a lot considering all the wonderful titles that have hit the system so far. I have never felt such satisfaction from a portable game. The story was incredible. And the plot had so many secrets that could be uncovered. After unlocking all of the secrets you have one masterpiece of a story on your hands. It has a great art style and a great soundtrack to accompany it. Not only that, but the gameplay was a lot of fun, too!

Bioshock:

This game really has “creepy” down. This game is pretty freaky to play with the volume turned up. This is one of the better PC games I’ve played. I loved the story and plasmid system. You get a bunch of powers called plasmids that allow you to shoot ice or lightning or bees at your enemies and even use telekinesis. That’s just the surface of it, too. If you’re not much for games I hear this is being made into a film. So, look forward to it!

That’s all for finished games. Today I picked up Ghandi and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (game). I’m excited for them both!
